Andreas A. Andreou

Andreas is the Founder and CEO of APS Andreou Property Strategy, a real estate consultancy Firm and has been actively involved in the sector since December 1998. His field of professional expertise spans across the whole spectrum of real estate valuations, including valuations for loss of use of occupied properties, feasibility studies, project management with a special emphasis on project turnaround, promotion and disposal of real estate assets, investment strategy and market research. He pioneered when in 1999 he constructed the first ever property performance index in Cyprus. He is a regular columnist in local and other media, with over 1.300 economic and real estate related articles published so far. Andreas holds a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. (Econ)) in Econometrics & Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master’s Degree in Land Management from Reading University. He is a Professional Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK, a Professional Member of the Cyprus Chamber of Technical Professions (ETEK) in the Land Valuation Division and a Licensed Estate Agent. He is one of the founding members of the Cyprus Property Valuers Association, where he served as a Board Member for many years.
