⦁ Advisory Services for licensing
We actively provide advisory services for the structuring and the securing of licensing of funds, such as Undertakings of Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), as well as management companies.

⦁ Preparation of application
We prepare and submit the full application package for the securing of licensing of funds and management companies to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC), including the draft Prospectus and all the necessary documents.

⦁ Structuring Services
We offer structuring services, such as advice concerning the legal form, regulatory structure and characteristics of the fund and the management company.
